What We Do
Alarm System Installation Services
From monitored alarm systems to smart locks and cameras, we arrange installation and follow-up for every part of your home security setup.
Access Control System
A site assessment covers door hardware compatibility, cable routing, and power supply before any equipment is ordered. The reader, access controller, and electric strike or maglock are installed and wired together, then credentials, card, fob, PIN, or mobile, are programmed and tested at each door.
Alarm System Installation
Door contacts, window sensors, and motion detectors are placed to cover every entry point on your property. The installer mounts the control panel and siren, runs a full trigger test, then walks you through the keypad and user codes before leaving.
Carbon Monoxide Detector Installation
Coverage starts with the sleeping areas, where CO must be audible enough to wake occupants, then extends to each floor, the basement, and any space with a furnace, water heater, or attached garage. Detector type, battery-powered or hardwired, is matched to the existing wiring at each location.
Motion Sensor Installation
The install covers power shutoff, wire identification at the junction box, and sensor connection to the existing fixture or switch. Detection angle is set to the coverage zone, and a post-install walk test confirms activation timing and rules out false triggers from passing vehicles or wind-moved foliage.
Security Camera Installation
Each camera position is chosen during a site assessment that accounts for driveway length, landscaping, and Wi-Fi signal reach. Weatherproof housings are mounted, motion zones are configured, and a night-vision and playback check confirms 1080p recording before the visit ends.
Security System Maintenance
The maintenance visit covers five stages: visual inspection, battery voltage testing, sensor walk test, camera night-vision and recording check, and remote-access verification. Any component that fails a test is flagged with a specific reading, and targeted fixes are completed in the same visit where parts allow.
Security System Repair
The repair visit starts with a symptom review and a component-level check of the panel, sensors, wiring, keypad, and cameras. Each part is tested individually, including a wiring continuity check and sensor signal range test, so the fault is confirmed before any replacement is recommended.
Security System Replacement
A BAT warning, beeping keypad, or dead sensor zone each point to a specific part. The correct replacement is matched to the existing panel model, 12V 7Ah battery, CR123A cell, or zone sensor, fitted, and confirmed through a test mode cycle so the trouble message clears and stays clear.
Smart Lock Installation
The install starts with a bore and door thickness check to confirm the lock seats without modification. The deadbolt and latch are fitted, the strike plate is aligned for a clean bolt throw, and the lock is calibrated so the motor engages correctly. App pairing and a keypad code test close the job.
Smoke Detector Installation
Placement follows NFPA 72: one detector per bedroom, one in each hallway outside sleeping areas, and one on every floor including the basement. Hardwired units are connected at the ceiling joist with a wiring connector and battery backup fitted, then an interconnect test confirms all units sound together.
Video Doorbell Installation
The install starts with a transformer and existing wiring check to determine whether a hardwired or battery-powered unit is the right fit. The doorbell is mounted at the correct angle, the chime is paired, and a live notification test confirms the app connection before the visit ends.
